Shipping Policies
We ship goods through reputed courier agencies to ensure safety and ontime delivery.\
In case, if we are unable to ship all the items together as per the order, we shall make partial shipment only upon your written consent.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 044-49587276 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items will be shipped with along with an invoice in accordance with Indian Tax laws
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make our best efforts to ship your order within 3 working days of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 48 Hours.
- We ship on week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays
- Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Saturdays,Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control.
Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 days unless otherwise specified in the product page)
For the warranty defect of any products , please send us the photos of defective products to us through e-mail. We will then evaluate the defect at our end before providing you with the replacement. The replacement shall be provided only upon receipt of the defective goods at our end ,wherever applicable.
We shall not be liable to replace or refund, if the product is improperly handled or damaged at the time of installation
100% Refund/Replacement:
We provide 100% refund /replacement if you report for any defect or transit damage within 5 days from the date of receipt of material
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Changing or Cancelling An Order:
Due to the nature of the goods that we sell, order cancellation attracts 5% charges if you decide to cancel the order after making the payment to us.
Centrado Tech Solution Pvt Ltd however reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request on a case to case basis.
